Terms of service
All products manufactured by RealRyder® International LLC are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by improper assembly, abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration, neglect of normal care, and lack of preventative maintenance. For avoidance of doubt, any change (including, without limitation, any cosmetic changes or additions such as paint or decals) to a RealRyder® product must be approved by RealRyder® International LLC; unapproved changes will void this warranty. The RealRyder® ABF8 Indoor Cycle is warranted to the original purchaser and initiates from the day of receipt of the product:
RealRyder® International LLC reserves the right to make product changes, modifications, and improvements in our products. There is no obligation to provide the owners of previously purchased products with the same, or similar, product changes, modifications, and improvements.
Warranty Parts Replacement and Shipping:
Immediately contact our Customer Care Department to report any suspected part failure or for any part that requires replacement.
For all warranty parts less than 6 months old, RealRyder® International LLC will ground ship (USA ONLY) the parts at no charge.
At times, certain parts that may have failed, or that may have some defect, may be required to be returned to our Customer Care Department. RealRyder® International will pay for shipping the part back to us. Failure to receive the defective part within a defined timeframe will prompt an invoice to the owner for the warranty replacement item.
Parts will be shipped only to the RealRyder® Bike owner.
RealRyder® International LLC will not be responsible for improper repairs made to its equipment.
